Condo and apartment parkades, including shared-service designs and load management so a building can add stalls over time without a service upgrade for every one.

What the Install Involves
Site & Load Assessment
Service size, existing load, panel capacity, and the run from panel to charger location.
Design & Permit
Circuit sizing, load management or panel upgrade if needed, and the electrical permit pulled before work starts.
Installation
Dedicated circuit, conduit, disconnect where required, and the unit mounted and commissioned.
Inspection & Handover
Final inspection signed off, then we walk you through operation and app setup.
Any Brand of Charger
Bring your own unit or we'll source one. We install to the manufacturer's spec so your product warranty stays intact.
Permitted & Inspected
Every install is permitted and inspected. Unpermitted charger work is a common insurance and resale problem — we don't leave that behind.
